The challenge
Unlocked Presents promotes concerts and live events in the Philadelphia area. Event marketing is unforgiving: the date is fixed, unsold tickets are worth zero the morning after, and "awareness" doesn't fill a room.
What we did
We ran Meta campaigns focused on driving ticket purchases — not just awareness. Every campaign was optimized against actual ticket sales, with tracking connecting each sale back to the ad that produced it.
Budget moved event by event to whatever was selling: audiences, creative, and spend re-tuned per show rather than a set-and-forget account structure.
The results
The result: $94,828 in ticket revenue from $39,757 in ad spend — a 2.4x return across 3,129 tickets sold. Before Evolve the same account was running at 1.04x — barely breaking even on every event it promoted.
