Conversion tracking and analytics that make every result measured, never estimated.

Every other service we sell depends on one thing: numbers you can trust. We install the full measurement stack — GA4, Tag Manager, server-side conversions, call tracking, and CRM-to-platform attribution — before a dollar of new budget goes out, then report on it monthly in plain English.

A number you cannot trace is a guess.

Most accounts we look at are measuring something. Very few are measuring the thing that pays the bills. Form fills get counted twice, phone calls do not get counted at all, and the revenue that actually closed sits in a CRM the ad platforms have never seen. Measurement is a chain that runs from the first click to the signed job, and it breaks at four predictable points.

CLICK

Source captured

Every visit arrives carrying where it came from. We capture campaign, keyword, placement, and landing page and hold onto them, so a lead who fills out a form on their third visit is still credited to the ad that earned it.

SITE

Action recorded

Forms, calls, quote requests, bookings, and chats become named events with a value attached. Not pageviews, not scroll depth — the handful of actions that mean a real person is asking you to sell them something.

CRM

Lead qualified

The event becomes a record in your pipeline with its source still attached, so you can separate the leads worth having from the ones that cost your team an hour. Lead volume is easy to buy. Lead quality is the number that should be setting your budget.

REVENUE

Job closed, reported back

When a job closes, that outcome goes back to the ad platforms as an offline conversion and into your reporting as revenue. The platforms start bidding toward customers instead of form fills, and you get a return figure instead of a cost per click.

What our tracking and analytics services include.

This is an implementation, not an audit document you are handed and left to act on. We build the measurement stack, test that every conversion fires once and only once, and maintain it as browsers, ad platforms, and your own website keep changing underneath it.

01

Google Analytics 4 configuration

A GA4 property built around your actual conversion actions instead of the defaults. Most installs we inherit are technically live and practically useless: no key events defined, paid traffic landing in direct, and internal and vendor visits counted as customers.

  • Key events mapped to real conversions
  • Internal, bot, and vendor traffic filtered out
  • Channel groupings that match how you buy media
  • Looker Studio dashboard connected
02

Google Tag Manager build

One documented container, with every tag, trigger, and variable named so the next person can read it. Tags fire in a controlled order and every change is versioned, which means a mistake gets rolled back in a minute rather than debugged live on your site.

  • Consolidated container replacing hard-coded tags
  • Form, call, chat, and booking triggers
  • Consent mode configured
  • Version history and one-click rollback
03

Server-side tracking & Conversions API

Browser tracking loses conversions to ad blockers, cookie restrictions, and device-level privacy settings, and the loss is silent — the platform simply optimizes on a thinner picture and nobody is told. Server-side events send the conversion from your server instead of the visitor browser, deduplicated against the pixel so nothing is counted twice.

  • Meta Conversions API with event deduplication, which matters most on Meta ads
  • Google Ads enhanced conversions
  • Server-side container where the volume justifies it
  • First-party data hashed before it is sent
04

Call tracking & call outcomes

For most service businesses the phone is the conversion. Dynamic number insertion swaps the number shown on the page for each visitor, so a call is attributed to the campaign, keyword, or page that produced it. Recordings let you tell a booked estimate apart from a wrong number before either gets counted as a lead.

  • Dynamic number insertion by traffic source
  • Keyword-level call attribution on paid search
  • Call recording and outcome tagging
  • Missed-call and after-hours reporting
05

Revenue attribution & offline conversions

The connection between your CRM and your ad accounts, running in both directions. Source data follows the lead in, closed-won jobs and their values are imported back out, and budget decisions finally get made on revenue rather than clicks. Built on the same pipeline as our marketing automation work.

  • CRM-to-ad-platform offline conversion import
  • Closed revenue matched back to campaign and keyword
  • Lead-to-sale rate and true cost per acquisition
  • A blended view alongside platform-reported numbers
06

Monthly reporting in plain English

One report a month that an owner can read without a glossary: spend, leads, cost per lead, closed revenue, what changed, and what we are doing about it next. No screenshot dumps, no metrics that exist only to look impressive, and no chasing us for it.

  • Spend, leads, cost per lead, and revenue
  • Performance broken out by channel and campaign
  • What we changed last month and why
  • Next month plan, written down

How the engagement runs.

01

We audit what exists before we install anything

A tracking rebuild starts with what is already on the site. Duplicate pixels double-count conversions and make performance look better than it is. Missing ones make it look worse, and budget gets cut from something that was working. We find out which you have before a dollar moves, and a free tracking audit is where most engagements start.

02

You own every account we touch

Analytics properties, tag containers, ad accounts, and call tracking numbers get created under your ownership and stay there. If you stop working with us, the data and its full history go with you.

03

One conversion, counted once

Every event we build is tested live before it counts: submit the form, place the call, watch the event land, confirm it did not land twice. Deduplication between browser and server gets verified rather than assumed. Inflated conversion counts are worse than none, because they get believed.

04

Measurement drives the media, not the other way around

A number is only useful if it changes a decision. Every month the reporting produces a short list of budget shifts, pauses, and tests, and then we make them. Analytics that nobody acts on is an expensive hobby.

Who this is built for.

Our conversion tracking and marketing analytics work is built for service businesses across Philadelphia and the PA, NJ, and DE tri-state area where a single job is worth four figures or more — home improvement and renovation contractors, window, roofing and exterior trades, professional services firms, and event and venue operators. At that job value, the gap between measured and estimated is not a reporting preference. It decides which half of the budget you keep.

This underpins every other service on our list. Paid advertising that reports the wrong conversions will confidently optimize toward the wrong people, and it will do it faster the more you spend. SEO takes months to compound, so without call and form attribution you cannot tell whether it is working. Conversion rate optimization is not possible at all without clean measurement, because a test with dirty data returns an answer that sounds authoritative and is wrong.

You can see what accurate measurement is worth on the Smart Shield Windows case study: cost per lead down from $101.73 to $34.45 across $199,920 of spend, and a 76% close rate on 71 closed jobs. Those figures only exist because closed jobs were tied back to the campaigns that produced them. If your current reporting cannot tell you which campaigns produced revenue last quarter, start with a free audit and we will show you where the chain is broken.
