Terms, in full: Minimum ad spend $3,000 a month, on your card. Contribution margin 40% or more. A new customer is a first order, per Shopify’s new-customer flag. 90 days from launch. Free means the management fee.
One brand per category per region.
What founders ask before they start.
Keep them if they report new customers at a cost you agreed on. If they report a ROAS, ask how much of it is returning customers. That answer is usually why brands move to us. Switching takes two weeks, and we run the Break-Even Map before anything in your account is touched.
Then the audit will say so, and it is free. Meta’s ROAS counts returning customers and view-through sales. The number a Shopify brand runs on is cost per new customer against break-even. If yours is already under, we will tell you and leave you alone.
The management fee depends on your volume and your margin; we quote it before you sign. If we do not hit 200, you do not pay the fee until we do. The real gate is the $3,000 a month minimum ad spend; below that the system cannot produce the volume.
You approve every ad before it runs and you keep every file. We build from your product, your founder and your customers, and the first batch comes from what already converts in your organic. The Creative Engine is volume and testing, not a new brand voice.
$3,000 a month in ad spend on your card, with a contribution margin of 40% or more. Below that, 200 new customers in 90 days is not realistic and we will say so in the audit rather than take the account. You need a Shopify store; the reconciliation runs on its new-customer flag.

P.S. We guarantee break-even, not ROAS, because we control your cost per customer and creative, not your margin. You profit on order two.
